This is a great knife but it's larger than I expected. I needed a small paring knife but did not see the full measurements on this, so this has 7 inch blade, and I was hoping for three or 4 inch blade with the entire knife being about 7 inches.

Great handle size and texture. Good steel, very sharp right out of the blister pack. It's a nice inexpensive kitchen utility knife. It's made in neither USA nor Germany, though. Straight-up Chinese. That's not listed in the product description nor even implied. Two-star demerit for cagey advertising. Otherwise it's a fine product but significantly overpriced considering the source.

This is my 4th Winco Stal knife and the 4th that I gave 5 stars on for Amazon. Why are they so good: 1. Razor sharp 2. Great handle 3. Low price 4. Solid craftsmanship I can't really say anything more than that. Buy it, you will not regret it.
