JETech Slim Fit Case for Samsung Galaxy S7 5.1-Inch, Thin Phone Cover with Shock-Absorption and Carbon Fiber Design (Black)

I am extremely pleased with this product. I still carry around my Samsung S7 as my non-work phone because it still suits my purposes, is in good condition, and easily fits in my shirt pocket. The Otter case that I originally purchased with the phone, however, had worn to the point that pieces were breaking off, leaving the phone exposed to potential damage. I considered buying a replacement Otter case, but I couldn't bring myself to spend that much money on (what is considered to be) a premium cover to protect an old phone. I searched for other, less expensive options, but many of them would have added significant bulk to the phone's profile to the point where it would no longer fit in my pocket. I came across this JETech model online and was intrigued. The price was right and looked to be comparable to my old Otter case. After receiving it, I found it to be a surprisingly good quality item. It fits the phone like a glove and made the phone's overall profile even smaller than what I had with the Otter. The button covers even seem to work better. My old phone is like new again, causing me to wish I had purchased this item a year ago.

The case is ideal for what you may use it for, it is a quick snap on snap off. Ideal leaf or if you are using this for a Samsung S7 that may be used in a virtual reality headset. I found that removing the cover was easy and quick but allowed me to put it back on and have a very sturdy set up. The material is a very pliable plastic but not cheap, it seems very sturdy to the touch and fits extremely tight. Meaning you could remove it constantly and probably will stay intact. It is not hard rubber but soft plastic, but does not appear that it would break very easily. All the holes line up perfectly. Not much you can say about a one-piece, phone cover. It only snaps over the back not the front. Which is ideally suited for removal quickly, and attachment quickly. The price was ideal, and the quality is there so definitely worth the purchase.

My cases have always been a hard shell with a softer silicon type liner, which I think would provide better shock absorption. This is a single materiel, firm but slightly flexible, but I'm not sure it would provide the same shock/drop protection as the dual-layer types. It is a very sturdy materiel, and fits my Galaxy 7 perfectly. Being just a single layer, with minimal texture inside, it works very well with my wireless charger, where thicker cases can reduce the function of those chargers. I can't speak to the durability over time, but it seems like it will hold up well. The fiber-weave texture is less noticible than what I saw in the add, but overall not a bad looking case. I got the plum color, which is a little darker and more maroon than the image shows. The prices vary widely with color, so I just went with the cheapest one, since the quality would be the same with any color

Cases are so cheap that I always buy at least 2 when I get a new phone. The JETech Case for Samsung Galaxy S7 Protective Cover with Shock-Absorption and Carbon Fiber Design (Black) works great. The other one I purchased was an Otterbox commuter series that is also kinda slim. I like this case for my Galaxy S7 better because it fits tight and perfect. The Otterbox has that rubber part that is a pain to get lined up properly when you want to clean it. I have dropped the JETech case on it's corner onto concrete and did not shatter or really scratch from what I can see. Does it's job well and makes it easier to fit into a pocket.

I absolutely love this case. I have loved every JETech case I've ever owned. I was a bit scared to buy a case for my Galaxy S7 as the curved edges of the screen add a new fitment concern when buying a phone case. However this case is just as good as any other JETech case I've ever had. It fits perfectly snug over the phone yet is easy to put on and remove as it is the flexible rubber kind of case. But don't let that fool you as to its durability. Once on the phone it definitely doesn't feel like cheap rubber. It is a solid feeling perfect fit. The case isn't slippery, nor is it too grippy. The faux carbon fiber inserts actually look really nice. Overall, this case is just what I wanted it to be as well as what I expected from a JETech case.

Using on my Galaxy S7 that has seen more drops than any phone should in it's life. My last phone case left one corner of my screen exposed to the hard surfaced world and left me with a busted back plate and chipped corner on my phone. This case, however, covers my entire phone perfectly. Doesn't leave any weak areas exposed for me to smash my delicate phone into unforgiving concrete and asphalt. It is making my screen protector bubble up in one corner, but that is most likely due to the fact that my screen protector is garbage. Good phone case, though you may want to look elsewhere if you want your phone case style to set you apart or make some statement about you. This one is pretty basic looking.

Awesome case. I priced the same case and protective glass at my phone carrier store and they wanted $40.00 for the case and another $40.00 for the tempered glass. Geez. For $20 bucks total, I got the case and protective glass and my phone carrier installed them for free. It is neither too bulky or too thin. Easily slides into my pocket. Great protection. I have already dropped my new phone with no damage. I ordered the tempered glass and also had installed by my phone carrier. Price was amazing and shipment was very quick. Packaging was good and no damage in shipment. Overall price and protection is a 5 star. I read the reviews and did the comparisons and settled on this one. I like the simplicity of the product. Sleek sophistication.

The good: Fits perfectly Raised front lip protects the front from damage when placing phone down Material feels sturdy and seems like it will protect the phone from a fall Looks great The bad: The case has no real grip to it. The back is really smooth and what looks like rubberized grip along the edges is more for looks as it feels rather smooth. I had a cheap TPU one I got from Ebay that was smooth but gripped like rubber. It was easy to hold in one hand as i could lay it flat on my fingers while using my thumb on the screen. The one you have to tightly grip around it so it reduces how far my thumb can move on the screen. If you have really big hands then this is not a problem, but with smaller hands it is more difficult. If this case had a better non-slip grip surface I would rate it 5 stars as I like everything else about it.
