I've used 2 of Physicians Naturals C3 supplements now and it's not that anyone is the best, it's just that when you look at dosages, I was taking the 1100mg twice a day for a total of 2200mg of C3. Where as now, I'm taking 2 twice a day, with 2800mg of C3. The range for maximum benefits is 3-4000mg a day. After 4k the benefits ware down fast. If you're using it for pain, then you need the C3 form. C1 n C2 fight mainly the inflammation part. I have severe stenosis in my neck. Usually the pain is around 7 or 8 out of ten. With this product, the pain is only a 1 or 2! And supposedly the dose is low enough to not damage my liver. i take it every other day.

Pretty sure it has helped my arthritic knees and swelling is down. Caution, they are hard large capsules, no gel. Because of the size am considering trying other brand. But it does help.
