Great shampoo. Smells lovely and last for ages as it’s a large bottle. Leaves hair smelly lovely and soft. Alway use this.

It seems that some people got the one with the pump and some didn't. Why not just have two items listed, so we know what we're getting? I have had to pour it into another container to use, as the large bottle is is too big to manage without the pump. Also, the lid was not security sealed.

This is a great product. I only need a pea-sized amount of shampoo to give my hair a thorough wash. Lasts forever!

In the photo the pump is a part of the product but it came without it. I only purchased this specific product for the pump. Its lack makes it much more difficult to apply. False advertising

I thought customer had a right to 'buy as seen'. The picture clearly shows the pump and it's only when you read the reviews do you find that there is no pump supplied. The description of the item should make this clear so the customer is informed as to what they are actually purchasing.
