Revived our old cell phone batteries!
We used this charger to revive the batteries on some old Android phones that were sitting with dead batteries for several years. They would no longer charge from usb cable and this charger was able to revive them. We can now retrieve old pictures that would have been lost. I'm very pleased with how easy it is to use and the price is great

This little gadget WORKS.
I bought this even though some folks' reviews said the LCD screen didnt work, and were negative. It DOES work. I'm happy. Here's the thing. If the prongs ("+" and"-") are not lined up with the battery properly, the LCD screen will light up and show 100%, but not blink. And the battery will not charge. As soon as you line the the prongs up properly, the screen will blink, and your battery will charge. Easy peasy lemon squeezy. Watch for the blink. The prongs can and will move, so check when you put the battery into it...problem solved. I bought this because my charging port broke. Instead of spending hundreds of dollars on a new phone and losing all my data, I got this. Yes, it charges slow. But for less than $10 bucks, I'll do slow. Lol. Matter of fact, Im considering getting a second one, and getting a few extra batteries, which, even totalled out, is faaaaar less than buying a new phone. I live out in the country, closest neighbor about 1/2 mile away. I do depend on my phone, so having a gadget that works, and a few charged batteries, is worth the peace of mind... Bottom line: Buy it. Line up the prongs, watch for the blink, and you're good to go.

Works as advertised, well made, delivered quickly
Great product, arrived quickly, well made and well packaged. Obvious how to use without instructions, if the user does a bit of research on batteries - specifically, what the two or three battery connections are (+, - and overcharge if present). Purchased it for a camera that came with a ZK07 battery and no charger. Looked for months for both replacement batteries and/or chargers. The camera is great, but of course useless without a charge in its odd-sized battery. Figured out how to use the charger in "seconds". Plugged it into a wall outlet and was immediately shown that the battery had a 25% charge, which was correct. The display blinked and showed a numeric state of charge, to 100% in about 1 hour. Delightful! Saved the day.

For my LG G4 batteries
This thing is so compact :o it was amazing how small the package was when i got it. So the first thing i did when i opened it was to figure out how to check my battery status without plugging it because according to another reviewer you could, so the battery i had sitting at home for a while was coming up at 0%. By the way the battery setup was easy because it has to movable metal pins you could adjust to the negative and positive on your phone and what holds the battery is a plastic part that seems like it has a spring to push your phone battery to stay put. I was excited so i plugged in my extra phone battery and saw the led tell me it was charging and i thought it was pretty cool. What i didn't like about the charger is that it seems to charge pretty slow and didn't charge the battery all the way after leaving it for 3 to 4 hours while i was at work, when i came home and checked it it was at 100% according to the led but when i placed it in my phone it read 97% so not sure what happened

Works with my Docomo P906i keitai battery!
I recently purchased a Docomo FOMA P906i online, and the seller didn’t provide a charging cord unfortunately. So, I decided to look online for one. On Amazon Japan, they have it for cheap, but I was not willing to spend 20 USD in shipping fees, and it wouldn’t arrive until next year. I thought of a device such as this one as an alternative, and decided to bite the bullet to see if it worked or not. At first, I put the battery inside the bank face-up and that didn’t work. However, when I flipped it backwards, it started charging like so!! I’m pretty satisfied with this charging bank at the moment. It fits my battery perfectly and it’s a low priced device that seemingly works well. Although, the only small thing I find questionable is that there seemed to be scratches on the screen, which wouldn’t come off when I wiped it. Otherwise, I’m satisfied!

EXTREMELY SLOW CHARGER; Better as a Battery Charge Tester
Arrived Next Day as quoted by Amazon Prime. So that much was satisfactory. PRICE SEEMED REALLY GOOD, compared to seemingly comparable versions for $30-$40. Plugs into the Wall, which is kinda nice if you prefer Standard US Plugs. Or plugging things in at eye level just above kitchen counters, random plugs of built-ins etc. Adjustable charging nodes are easy enough to work with. You may want reading glasses OR lighted magnifying glass to make sure they're lined up just so. But the device will tell you whether or not the nodes are making a connection. LCD Green Screen is really nice, with an always-ON, continual, sequential lighting of the battery, detailing how much has charged. This can double as a nightlight! When plugged in, the Green Screen stays lit up continuously. EDIT / UPDATE / NOTICED AFTER SEVERAL DAYS USE: A perk making this a household keeper. You can insert any Li-Ion device battery, NOT have to plug it in, and the in-hand Charger will tell you HOW MUCH A CHARGE exists in the battery. If there's any charge, the screen will detail if it's 1/3rd full, half full, etc. AS MINOR AS THIS MIGHT SOUND... It's actually a handy feature worth paying for by itself. UNDER NORMAL CIRCUMSTANCES, you'd have to insert the "mystery battery" and start up / queue up the device just to determine the charge. When you're rotating multiple batteries between chargers and phone usage, THIS FEATURE ALONE SAVES SOME SERIOUS TIME. I'd compare this to the handy battery-tester for disposable, rechargeable, and recyclable batteries. NOW THE NEGATIVE: IT TAKES 20 HRS TO CHARGE A 2500 mAh BATTERY. TWENTY HOURS! It all depends on the battery itself. Some batteries have taken as "few" as 12 hours. Some as many as 12-20. Separate from this Charger, I use a broken, UMX 696CL phone to charge my device batteries, and the broken phone charges up batters within 3-4 hours. I had hoped to ditch the broken phone charger but now I'm using both the broken phone and now this charger. TAKING THE AFOREMENTIONED INTO CONSIDERATION. This charger is easy to hate in the beginning. The slow charger is not enough for ASAP usage. You can't just plug in a dead battery at bedtime, and expect it charged by 9am. It's more like Charged by 8pm-9pm. If you only have 1-2 batteries, you're gonna need a faster charger. If you're able to get a 1-2 day standby with one battery, while a 2nd battery is charging? This might work out. And as stated, the on screen battery charge indicator alone is worth $10. This would've saved me A LOT of time and frustration over the last 5-10 years.

Junk (was: This is the one to get if you're using a large 3rd party replaceable battery on the LG V20.)
I ordered three chargers before I got one that worked with my oversize Perfine battery for my LG V20. The best pat about having a phone with replaceable batteries is that you can carry spares, but it's sometimes useful to have a large spare that will last 2 days, like for long travel days where you use your phone a lot. It's also a bonus if you're with someone who also has a replaceable battery phone of a different type. EDIT: Forgot to mention a nice feature I have not seen mentioned. It's also a battery tester. Even when not plugged in, it will tell you the battery level when you mount a battery to it. It's a nice feature when you have lots of batteries, and are not sure which are charged and which are depleted. EDIT #2: Needed to take away one star. I just noticed that it does not top off the battery. I get more like a 95% charge.than a 100%. It also charges very slowly (like 12 hours or more!) . I could deal with the slow charging, since I usually switch batteries in the morning, and 24 hours is enough to finish a charge cycle, but the unfinished charge is not good. EDIT #3: Down to one star. Now it will take days to charge to about 80%. Not sure what went wrong, but it should have lasted at least a year. Some may think this can actually be a good thing to preserve battery lifetime, because the battery does not get hot when charged slowly, and not topped off. However, spare batteries are relatively cheap. I'd rather have my battery fully charged, and replace it when it starts to fail. It seems others are in agreement with this issue, and have taken away more stars due to these shortcomings. Still, it's the only external charger that works on my large extra capacity battery for my LG V20 phone. It can also charge other batteries for cameras, etc. I will still find it useful. At least it's not terribly expensive.
