Wonderful product and company!
The alarm for the chair has been a wonderful relief for me as a full time caretaker. The cord is fairly long and the tone can be heard for a distance. It is easy to install and use. When the connector broke, the company responded and solved the issue. Thank you for a great product and excellent customer service.

Quiet Chair alarm.
True to size.Fits well in large lift chair. Does activate with a slight delay. Alarm is not as loud as I would like. Need small screwdriver to install battery so be prepared for that.

Helpful
The item works as design. I purchased to use for my sister who has developed a habit of trying to get out of bed independently though she does not currently have full mobility on the left side of her body. I can only give the unit 3 stars because there is a bit of a delay before the unit registers that she has lifted up and at other times it chimes when she is remaining still. It is very helpful for caregivers who are trying to tend to someone who is sick but it is not foolproof. You must still be alert and aware of the person's movement. Even if the alarm reacted immediately I've noticed my sister moves more quickly than I realize. By the time the unit alarms she is already up and trying to walk which is completely unsafe for her right now. This unit is great but I find it works better in combination with other supports such as having someone who can sit with your loved one when you need to move, having a unit where you can communicate with your loved one (like a baby monitor) to let them call you when they need you which may reassure them that you are near and available. My prayers go out to all of my fellow caregivers. This is challenging many days. I pray the LORD strengthens you and helps you to identify resources and methods that can be used to help you help your loved one.
