Used a few and the pics I sent arrived in perfect condition. Sent some large prints and they didn't get so curled that it couldn't be reversed.

Good tubes terrible shipping packaging
The product itself is great — the end caps are sturdy and fit snugly, and while the cardboard tubes aren’t especially thick, they feel strong enough for most uses. The reason for my 2-star rating is the shipping method. These tubes were sent in a thin plastic bag, which is nowhere near adequate for protecting them in transit. The bag tore open, and the shipment had to be repackaged in an Amazon box before it reached me and even then, 4 tubes were missing. I understand wanting to reduce packaging waste and avoid unnecessary double-boxing, but this level of under-packaging is unacceptable for an item like this.
