A beast
This bad boy right here. So I slipped and fell in storm drain. Sprained right ankle, cracked the ankle bone and chipped another, the left foot I broke and bone in the arch of foot and a bone on the outer side of left foot. So with that being said feet super bruised super swollen and oh so painful. Not in any cast just walking boots. Which are not comfortable at all and helps but not much. So I will put a sock on and fits great. Please put a sock on. I day this because this bad boy gets very very cold and it lasts a good 25 minute. It helps the pain so much I have managed to fall asleep with it on. I honestly can't say anything negative. This should always be in your freezer always.

Great foot therapy!
One of the best items I’ve purchased in a long time. It wraps around the foot very well and stays cold the right amount of time to be useful. This is a keeper!!

Best for plantar fascitis and heel issues but milage may vary with sprains
I'm a bigger guy around 6'2" and wear a size 13 shoe. I got this as I rolled my ankle and tore some things in a fall several weeks ago and I needed something to help ice my ankle. ace wraps and bags of ice were cumbersome and I wanted something that was easier to put on and take off but that I could keep in my freezer without taking up a lot of space. This works pretty well for my needs however its not perfect. Being a bigger guy this barely covers my ankle and if it wasn't for that extra little flap of cold pack where the velcro attaches to the ice pack itself this would've been almost worthless for me given what I tore in rolling my ankle. the person in the picture (witht he bare foot in the icepack) is probably not bigger than a men's size 7; so if you're smaller than that it'll probably encase your foot but above that and it starts to be a little too small to fully wrap and close over itself. if you're above a 12, I'd say find a different product. The upside is the chambers are all interconnected for the most part so you can squish the gel around inside it to make sure you have enough cold in the areas you want/need it most while limiting it in the areas you don't, just move the gel before you freeze the pack (more on that later). The exception to this is the bottom piece is sewn to the upper part of the icepack and its closed off entirely. I've found even when the rest of the pack is starting to get warm, the bottom part has enough gel in it that its still cold. this is great if you have plantar pain or heel issues like tendonitis or bone spurs, but its a bit less ideal for sprains and strains. it is however enough that you don't want to try and walk with the cold pack on, if you put full pressure on it, I could easily see it popping and making a mess. I get why its sewn the way it is, but I'd almost rather see them redesign it in such a way that the seam was somewhere else or only on one side and wrapped in such a way that if you were to put weight on it the gel could squish around your foot to better protect the gelpack but also to give you more room to push the gel where you want it to be. The wrap is long enough and spandexy enough that I am able to wrap down around my foot AND around my ankle to hold the whole thing close to my skin and get the relief I'm looking for, however, the gel right out of the freezer is very stiff and will get more liquid as it warms up which sometimes means readjusting the cold pack after a few minutes to make sure its still making contact with your foot where you want it to. It is cold enough at the beginning that you will want a thin sock or something to keep it off your skin but after 5-10 minutes (about the time it needs to be repositioned) I've been stripping off the sock to get the maximum use out of this. The cold lasts about 20-30 minutes in my experience but thats more than enough for what you're supposed to be doing with RICE (you're only supposed to ice for 15-20 at a time in most cases). Bottom line, I'm happy with this product but wish it had some redesign and/or came in different sizes. I wish bottom wasn't sewn entirely shut but I do love the formfactor. It is able to completely live in my freezer without taking up a lot of room, and it certainly gets the job done.

Best purchase in a while
Recently purchased to help ease plantar fasciitis and these are fantastic. The fit very comfortably around the foot and ankle, like a very welcome cold hug on sore feet. The longer you keep them in the freezer, the longer your cold therapy session can be - use a cloth between your feet and the pack! If you only do a few hours in the freezer it seems to be more comfortable/affective without the cloth. Strapping them is awkward, especially the right foot since there isn't a right vs left. Small price to pay for the benefit the cold packs give. They come with a closable plastic bag to keep your freezer stuff separate from things that have been in contact with your feet. Highly recommend, wish I had found these sooner ❤️

3 Stars, it's cold but there's room for improvement
This will freeze you good. Alittle too much for me, definitely wear a sock. It's a alittle big for my foot/ankle and the strap seems stretched out? It has no elasticity in it? I just wrap it around but it doesn't stay.

Great Ankle Ice-Pack
My PT recommended this ankle pack for my feet. I broke both heels in November 2025 and I'm slowly getting better. The swelling has caused pain and this ankle ice pack has certainly helped tremendously. I actually didn't have any pain in the foot (just have one) after using it. I followed the instructions and left it on for 20 minutes. It's great! I highly recommend this, especially for swelling and pain.

Excellent product! Coverage was perfect and worked well both cold and hot. Worked really well with my bursitis and eased the pain and discomfort. Easy to use and better than bag of ice or cold compress as it stays in place with flexible velcros strap.

Ice pack completely as described. Covers my whole heel and ankle. Easy to put on. Absolutely loved them. I have heel and ankle pain after playing soccer and these make the swelling go down.

Have this brace and another one. This one fits more under the heel the other has the back and the heel open. Like both of them as they help to bring down swelling in my ankle

Good quality and should work fine for the intended purpose. We needed more of a full boot so this was a bit short but it is our fault entirely. If you need ankle and heel coverage, this is perfect.
