These helped me from being sick. It didn't really help my energy level but it did help me stay healthy during flu season. They taste like orange, a little hard to swallow because they are a little on the large side but id recommend trying them!

NONE. but that might be different for each individual, Absorption ? i guess it does works since my C levels have been steady. Value for your money? only when the pills are on speacial offer, like buy one get one free
