have used this product for many years both for cold and gym. There are loads of more expensive products out there but this is my favourite. It's a shame that there are long periods when they aren't available to purchase.

I bought this initially for my son who plays rugby and sometimes there will be a player who gets knocked out, and one whiff of this, and they not only have an out of body experience but they'll jump up and suddenly shoot off like a rocket. It's always handy when someone has a cold as my wife found out. She'd never used this before, and I cautioned her beforehand. Her nose is probably never going to be blocked again. Ever. This stuff will clear anything from your nasal passages. Use with caution and don't get it too close too your nose, otherwise you will regret it.
