We had company from Finland which included 2 with Celiac disease. Thus, no gluten. I bought this panko to make the breading for my Chicken Piccata. Equal parts panko and Parmesan cheese. It was the most flavorful breading ever. Even the rest of the guests who eat gluten said it was the best chicken they have ever had. I will buy this in multiples to keep on hand cooking for my gluten free daughter-in-law. It was a real hit in this household.

Purchased this so I can make some food for my co worker who has celiac! I personally could not tell the difference between the regular/gluten free. Chicken was still great, co worker was fine after eating! 10/10.

My husband has to be gluten free, I don't. I still like these. I use them in our meatballs, and to top chicken in our recipes. They have a great texture and taste wonderful.

I’m sad to report these breadcrumbs tasted literally terrible. They are like hard nuggets of bread/crouton and not able to stick to chicken at all. The color is highly unappealing as well. This was a great disappointment considering the high cost and the good reviews. I’m so confused how these could be rated so highly! Grocery store GF panko or Udi’s are much much better.
