Living in Texas the flies can be terrible and while I do use a fly mask, it seemed other fly sprays would either only work for a bit or only deter some flies. I was almost going to go with a different spray because I thought this was a little pricey but then I decided to give it a go, and I’m so glad I did!! I got this spray the evening before my farrier was scheduled to come out. The next morning while waiting for the farrier I noticed how bad the flies were even that early, so after I groomed my horse, I started spraying him with this fly spray and let me tell you this stuff worked so good that some flies were literally dead on my horse!!!!! By the time I finished spraying there wasn’t a single fly that was alive on him!!! My farrier happened to be running late due to the client before me asking him to do 6 horses instead of 2 that were scheduled. When he finally arrived it was well past noon and I assumed that by that time the fly spray would have probably worn off as most do. NOPE!!! There still wasn’t a single fly on him. I literally couldn’t believe it!!! The listing says it lasts up to 14 days, now I can’t confirm or deny that statement as I generally reapply it atleast once or twice a week after a grooming session but I will say it does last for several days. The bottle itself doesn’t leak, however I’ve order this product multiple times from Amazon and there was one shipment that apparently busted during transport because I received a notification stating my product had been damaged and it would be delayed due to it be reordered. Obviously this isn’t due to the seller but something along transport. This product really works and although pricey, it is worthy every penny.

This is more expensive on the outset when compared to water based fly sprays, however, it is more economical in the long run because it is a superior fly spray that works with much less product being sprayed on my horse. It sticks and the flies avoid it completely. I’ve used 1/2 bottle of this spray as compared to 2 full bottles of water based sprays. Excellent fly spray and the only one I buy now. 5 stars.

Works so well! I don’t have hoses, but I used it to keep flies away from the food area for an outdoor wedding and it worked like a charm. I sprayed table cloths and ground ares and let it dry before bringing food out and it worked like a charm!

BE AWARE: If you purchase this product from vetinternetco, you will not get the black bottle with blue label, it will be green. I saw a previous review mentioning that they had advertised with the original bottle but it is not what you receive and that it isn't as effective. I cannot attest to the validity of that review, in terms of the effectiveness of the product. I did, however, message the company and they told me that it is no longer made and sold in the original black and blue. This is very untrue and I made them aware (in case it is that they are misinformed as opposed to being purposely deceitful with people). I know I get upset when I pay good money for something and what I receive isn't exactly what I paid for/expected . AS FOR THE ACTUAL PRODUCT ENDURE: One of the 2 best fly sprays out there, in my opinion. It is pretty much the only one I buy anymore. It is long lasting, much longer than other fly sprays. What I don't think people realize is that you have to apply it every day or two for a few days before it builds up to its maximum effectiveness and lasting capabilites. The bottle also explains this. One spray over on the first day won't hold for 14 days... yes, it makes your horse a lil icky and dust and dirt will collect BUT if it makes my horses more comfortable in this Texas heat with these flies and giant skeeters, it's worth a lil yucky buildup. It has especially helped my mare that had gotten bad sores from sweet itch, but I had to make sure I spray as soon as flies start appearing to nip it in the bud. I love this stuff and HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

My overall favorite fly spray especially during riding or the humid months since my boy gets so sweaty. A bit expensive but you get what you pay for
