Itdoes taste like Chikmagalur appe midi pickle made traditionally. on opening with in few days pickle developed fungus. Second bottle i have refrigerated it.

Fantastic and authentic taste

Raw spice, more spicy also. Looks like not heated after adding chilli powder I get the raw smell and taste
