I read all the other reviews. I can't tell if they're made with honey, regular sugar, or high fructose corn syrup. I will say they taste fresh, and the sesame has a well-roasted taste that I like. They are sweet, perhaps a bit sweeter that the sesame snaps/thin sesame bars that I'm used to, but that's fine, as I carry these for a bit of energy when I'm on the run. The individual wrappers say Joyva.

I love these candles! The took forever to come bc of COVID, but man was I happy being locked up w 2 lbs of these guys! Yummy. Taste was perfect, the shipping took a toll on them though. Lots of dusty sugar bits, I’m sure due to shipping issues , again COVID. The quality of shipping wasn’t great. A plastic bag inside another plastic bag. So it got tossed around and dropped many times, I’m sure. In the end, I still ate every darn one. Taste was exactly how I remembered them.

These were the best sesame candies I’ve had in years! So good, fresh and fast delivery.

Have ordered this four times, usually fine. This last time, a large number of candies were broken and most were crumbly and made a mess when opening individual candies. Looks like they were kicked around in the bag or are just old. Not sure if seller or Amazon is responsible. Expensive and unreturnable so won’t be ordering again.

I purchased these for my mother because they reminded her of her childhood. She loved them so I’m giving it 5 stars. 🙂
