I didn't really expect GG Pure to do anything, in part because I assumed the muscle pains I feel in my legs are just an effect of getting older. Boy, was I wrong! I started noticing that my legs are happier a couple weeks into taking geranylgeraniol. I will continue to take it. I knew that statins cause side effects. I have familial high cholesterol and took a high dose years ago and discontinued it because of the strange things it did to my feet and calves. A decade later, I take it again -- but a different kind and a much lower dose -- because my doctor convinced me the benefits outweigh the side effects as I get older. With the addition of GG Pure, the minor side effects are gone. I'm very happy with this product.

I almost didn't try this supplement because of the sticker price, and that fact that I'm currently not taking any statin medication. But knowing that it helped with synthesis of CoQ10 I figured I would try it out. Now this is probably one of those supplements that take a while to really see a difference, if you see one at all. But over the last few days I have been feeling better than I normally do, so hopefully it is because of this. I also like that it is just one ingredient. and you only have to take one a day. That fits my lifestyle.

There is a lot of interesting literature from reputable sources regarding geranylgeraniol, as well as the annatto plant from which it is derived. Annatto has long been used as a folk remedy for a number of ailments and is generally considered safe when taken as directed. Some people can be allergic to it. In this form, geranylgeraniol is supposed to assist with the synthesis of essential nutrients such as CoQ10, Vitamin K2; MK-4, and protein, and the ability to do so seems to diminish with age. It may also reduce muscle pain that some people experience with statin use and has anti-aging properties besides. Fortunately, I don't have that muscle pain, but the former reasons, especially the synthesis of CoQ10, is why I like it. It's definitely an interesting supplement that I put along the lines of berberine, which, according to the NIH, enhances what statins do to make them even more effective than they are. This company seems to be very high-quality as well.

Be aware, there are "other ingredients" not listed on the product page. Other ingredients: Modified Cornstarch, Capsule (Hydroxypropylmethyl Cellulose, Water). I have a sensitivity to corn. Had I known it contained cornstarch, I wouldn't have purchased this product. They do not accept returns.

not sure what it is pure of and it does nothing for me! very disappointed and buyer beware as they won't stand behind their product and take it back!

Being an expensive supplement I didn't dare to spend money on it, but it was available on Amazon Vine Voice free for a review I took the opportunity to try and to be honest I didn't regret it. After a few days of taking , I noticed that my muscle aches star to diminish ever day a little bit. I'm curious to see if this also will help with the raise in testosterone levels to, if yes I will definitely reorder this brand . Otherwise the product it looks good ,nice and well sealed container , 30 counted , regular size evenly filed ( not fully ) capsules. Expiration date is 05/2023 (one year from manufacturing )

I got these GG Pure, Dietary Supplement for Statin Drug Users, Supports Healthy Aging and Counters The Effects of Medications, 30 Capsules, for my daily use. I am 70 years old and in my doctor's care have been taking statin medications, these do at times cause muscle aches and pains. I like that it is a fresh stock, with an expiration of 05/2023, and the capsules are easy to swallow. I a willing to give these a try and will report back on their effectiveness.
