My daughter needed wax for her braces. I went through tons of products to find the perfect one and I think I got lucky!!! :) She says it molds easily and sticks well and she's also thankful I didn't buy the ones with a flavor. This one does not taste bad, as it has no flavor. I broke a piece off to see how easy it was. It's easy. I gave her one container and put the rest in a tight sealed container to keep the wax from drying out. I noticed all the bad reviews were ordered in the hottest season of the year. That's probably why it arrived melted. So my advice is to order ahead of time in the colder season to avoid this issue. Mine arrived perfect, but it's also winter so that's probably why. Quality is great. I definitely would recommend this product.

Works as intended for those with braces

I love this wax. The stuff the orthodontist gave me was really soft and super sticky. Sticky as in it stuck to everything but my braces. But the texture of this stuff is great. It made my braces much more comfortable.

I’ve ordered these twice now because they’re hit and miss. But so are the ones from the orthodontist. Those are more soft and moldable but can tend to melt ( for lack of a descriptive word) and end up not covering the braces but kind of melt in. Amazon’s are very firm and can tend to pop off, but they hold their shape and are smoother and cover the teeth well. I will order them again. So I use both, depending on. Don’t store either of them in a hot place.

While I’ve been lucky in the past to find great quality items at a low price, that was not the case here. With this braces wax, I truly got what I paid for. The wax does not hold well at all and frequently falls off my brackets shortly after applying it. On more than one occasion, it even came loose while I was sleeping and I woke up nearly choking on it, which was scary and dangerous. Because of this, I will be going back to the more expensive brand to ensure the job actually gets done. I would not recommend this product.
