Great Sound and Long Battery for the Price
I've been using the Soundcore Life Q20 Plus headphones for a while now, and they’ve honestly impressed me, especially for the price. The sound quality is rich and well-balanced, with a good amount of bass and clear highs. I appreciated the ability to adjust EQ settings through the Soundcore app, which helped me fine-tune the sound depending on what I was listening to—music, podcasts, or movies. The noise cancellation is decent, especially in environments with low, consistent background noise like on a plane or in an office with a fan running. It doesn’t completely silence everything like more expensive models do, but it definitely reduces distractions. I also liked that there’s a transparency mode, which is useful when I need to hear my surroundings without taking the headphones off. One of the biggest highlights for me has been the battery life. With ANC turned on, I get about 40 hours of use, and it stretches even further with it off. Charging is fast, and a quick charge gives me several hours of playback, which has been super convenient when I forget to plug them in overnight. The headphones are also pretty comfortable. The ear cups are soft, and I’ve worn them for hours without discomfort. They’re mostly plastic, though, so while they’re lightweight, they don’t feel super rugged. I can see how someone who uses them roughly every day might run into durability issues over time. The Bluetooth connection has been stable and smooth. I’ve used them across multiple devices, and the multipoint pairing works well when I’m switching between my laptop and phone. For casual listening, work calls, or travel, these are a great choice. They’re not premium, but for the price, they deliver a lot more than I expected.

Best headphones I've ever had!
I bought these 2 years ago and they're still just as amazing as when I first got them. I've never been so happy with a pair of headphones; the padding is comfortable so I NEVER get ear or head aches after wearing them for long periods, and the audio is so clear. The different audio settings are all awesome, but the noise canceling is the best. I can't hear anything else with them which is perfect when I need to really focus on my studies or work, as any outside noise can be really distracting or annoying. They also have a cord so you can plug them into devices, which is nice when you have a device that doesn't support Bluetooth. I will say, the padding is starting to show signs of wear and peeling, but given the fact I've worn them everyday the past few years, I'd say they've held up way better than I would have thought. I'd buy again!!! Only downside is they look humongous lol, but if you just need a pair for at home then they're great!

Overall excellent product, with a few caveats...
Compared to Turtle Beach Stealth 700 Gen 2 (a gaming headset, which I have been using for about a year as my go to headphones after my Mpow H2O headphones deteriorated and fell apart), these are a great buy. I got these for under $60 with the discount and couldn't pass these up. These produce excellent sound with discernable differentiation between all octaves (true Hi-Res Audio—a certification only awarded to devices capable of producing exceptional sound.). The button layout is spread over both ears, with power and noise cancellation on the left and volume/media/phone/assistant control on the right. I haven't tried these with answering any phone calls, but suffice to say these headphones DO pair with Bluetooth simultaneously to two devices. So you shouldn't have a problem listening to your music from your PC or Mac and receiving or making phone calls at the same time. It charges with a USB-C cable (~3ft) and mine came already fully charged. There is also a wired 3 5mm headphone jack available. My head measures 7.25" in circumference and I had to adjust these very minimally, which in my opinion means these are good for people with smaller heads, but those heads measuring more than 7.5"/7.75" may find these headphones to be too small. The noise cancelling feature is true hybrid ANC (4 microphones--1 inside the ear cup and 1 outside the ear cup on both sides). The modes it presents are: Normal (no hybrid ANC), Transparency (situational awareness), and Noise Cancelling (true ANC). Per Soundcore, "Reduce Ambient Noises By Up to 90%: Life Q20+ has 4 ANC microphones and a digital active noise cancellation algorithm to detect and cancel out a wider range of low and mid-frequency noises". I found this statement holds water absolutely. Additionally, Soundcore offers an app to control equalizer settings, a sleep mode with many ambient sounds to assist one in falling asleep faster and over-the-air firmware updates. One needs to create an account with Soundcore, log into the app, have the app find your headphones and/or pair with Bluetooth, BUT your headphones do not need to stay connected to your phone, unless one wants to take/receive phone calls. The headphones use BLE (Bluetooth Low-Energy) to maintain a constant connection in the background, so that one may still control the EQ and all other features of the app. My one and only gripe with these (which is true of most over-the-ear headphones I try and which is usually a deal breaker) are the size of the ear muffs. Because the pros of these headphones do outweigh the cons (and the muffs being an important, but only con I could find), I'm still on the fence about returning these. These are a true over-the-ear headphone, but they don't quite cover my left rear completely, so part of the muff sits on my upper ear. I'm constantly trying to readjust the left muff for comforts sake. If over time you find that your muffs are deteriorating, replacement ones can be purchased through many 3rd party vendors, rather than investing in a new headphones. Incidentally, the muffs do turn outward 45 degrees and they do fold forward toward the frame for adjustment and storage purposes, respectfully. It comes with a soft, oversized microfiber carrying pouch. The provided quality that these headphones offer, one may want to invest in a 3rd party clam shell style carrying case. OVERALL: 4.5/5 stars. Anyone purchasing these shouldn't be disappointed, but my experience may vary from what others experience. Take my advice though and take these for a spin. No expectations, no disappointments!

I was going to give the Soundcore Anker Q20+ headphones 4 stars; 5 for quality of sound and 4 for its features and ease of use. My mistake. I needed to read the specifications more carefully. The leaflet does correctly say that you can connect two Bluetooth devices simultaneously and that the earphones will reconnect to the last device after turning off the earphones. What I wanted to do was to use the earphones sequentially, rather than contemporaneously. So if using the earphones at home, then on phone when travelling, I needed to close the Home PC connection and keep the phone connection open, so it would recognize and automatically connect to phone, as this was the last connection. Connection to a third device is not difficult, nor reconnecting to a previous one as once the earphones are paired, it is a simple task to go to the App or Setting and click the Connection. I have made it sound complicated. It's not. Don't let this feature put you off purchasing what are, in effect, very competent earphones offering a true sound signature. I use the earphones mainly for listening to the radio, franceinter.fr and rai.it. So clarity of sound is vital for understanding. For this purpose I find the earphones faultless, even though the ANC is not 100% especially at low frequencies, they allow you to listen closely and are excellent at permitting you to focus on the transmission and comprehension of the spoken word. I would recommend for students or anyone needing to have clarity in the spoken word - plus access to the whole world of languages available on the www. They offer a true range from bass to treble and the sound split in the earphones is tonally balanced. The music I listen to is predominantly accoustic guitar, piano and vocal pieces. I find the stereo sound, certainly in Normal mode accurate, non-distorted for this type of music. You do lose some volume with the ANC mode, but it does have the advantage of cancelling a lot, not all, of the ambient sounds. For me, the Soundcore Anker 20+ is exceptional value. Battery life is extensive. I can't leave without paying respect to the Soundcore Customer Services Team. I did take my issue about sequential connectivity to them and they came back to me, addressing my particular issue, not just offering generic solutions. So, a team that does their job, seriously. I should have read the specifications carefully and then I would have been aware of what the earphones are designed to do and their limitations. A very good buy. Worth the money.

Good value headphones Good quality yet light ANC works but not the best, considering the price. Totally worth buying
