Great quality baking dish. I ordered these to replace my last one. I had lasagna baked onto it and I put it in my sink to soak. While it soaked I was getting something out of the cupboard above the sink and I knocked over a glass jar of shrimp cocktail sauce. The cocktail sauce fell right into the dish and it was like a fire cracker went off. The baking dish was in a thousand pieces but my cocktail sauce was fine. So I bought this awesome 2 pack to replace the one. Just a little caution. I had the dish that came with a nice blue lid that locked into place. These dishes DO NOT fit that blue lid. These dishes don’t have the holes built into the handles.

They are durable, easy to clean, and great for cooking/baking. The glass is thick and high quality.

There are certain things you pretty much need to function in your kitchen and after 40 + years my pyrex 13"9"2" gave up the ghost. The first thing I did was head to Amazon and when I found a set of two for such a reasonable price I put in my order. Time to start new memories with my new set of twins !

The oblong Pyrex glass came in with one of the two with shattered glass. The rectangular base was too thin and you can see how with a little hit or knock it would shatter or break. The other one I’m not keeping because it’s going to be too prone to breakingand that’s dangerous.

Pyrex quality.

I'm a huge fan of Pyrex and needed a couple more dishes for Thanksgiving. These fit the bill. They are standard weight, not the thicker, more heavy duty dish and for my purposes, I chose this option specifically. They fair very well in the dishwasher and I place a piece of papertowel between the two (I bought a 2-pk) so they don't get stuck. Pot spiders or a dish towel would work just as well. Though they are made from the standard glass and not the thicker material, they hold up really well & arrived in perfect condition, no cracks or chipped edges. I'd definitely buy these again.

The good news is that it's made in the USA, and I have never had issues with this brand. However, I do not understand why a set of 2 glassware would be packaged with a piece of cardboard between each dish, and shipped. No bubble wrap, nothing! The product packaging says "fragile" and "this side up", but not the outer Amazon packaging. Yes, one dish is broken, not cracked, it's in a hundred pieces. It's so annoying. And to top it all, I'm to return the broken glass, for a refund!

What I like about these Pyrex pans is the fact that they are smooth all over, and easy to wash. I have had other brands that have ridges on the handles, and you had to work at it if something got stuck on them. You just wash these in the sink with detergent, and then put them in the dishwasher to get them sparkling clean. If used as directed they should last a very long time. Be sure never to take them out of the oven and put on a cold surface, or they will crack from the temperature change. I always use a potholder or trivet, but never take out of the oven and lay on top of a burner on the stove. Hope this helps.
