I was new to football (or soccer, futbol, and calcio, to use the sport's other designations) and saw a piece on "60 Minutes" about sticker collecting, and the company described as the "center of the universe" for this product was Panini, based in Modena, Italy. Intrigued, I purchased this book, and soon I was thoroughly immersed in both the phenomenon of sticker collecting and its central importance for the passionate football fan. This book collects images from World Cup and regional championships, highlighting important players along the way. I found this book to be a very comprehensive and affordable addition to my (still growing) soccer library, and I strongly recommend its purchase by my fellow fans!

An amazing insight in to the world of Panini football stickers. Having previously loved “Stuck On You” by Greg, seeing him bring another publication about Panini stickers to the shelves had me excited like a child at Christmas - and this time there is a great catalogue of images of albums and stickers throughout the years. As the title depicts, it is indeed a nostalgic journey, seeing and reading about all the past albums, stickers and those players you’d completely forgotten about, but who were absolute legends in their day. A must-have for any keen football sticker collector, and no doubt I’ll be buying a few more copies for Christmas presents as the release times perfectly for secret Santa gifts.
