I received broken candel after opening everything the damage was seen so there was no chance for me to return the product

Broken product. Very poor quality control
As shown in image, two candles had very fine cracks. Noticed these cracks once we started using these candles as the water was dripping very fast

It is received in a broken condition. Packaging delivered in good condition but all 3s are broken inside its polythene packet. It was looked as good but after peeling its cover there was a broken crack and it was found broken in 2 parts.6 month before, I have purchased one. That was packed by thormocool and was in good condition.But, I was disappointed for this item.
