Can we use this with an outdoor kitchen, it will be outdoors all the time exposed to wind driven rain and snow laying on top of it?

I purchased these for my kitchen countertops and sadly returned them. There was no seal to keep spills out. I personally didn’t want to chance it indoors I wouldn’t use them outdoors. I’m not an electrician but an electrician helped me decide.
