Yes, it does smell, but It’s Not strong, and the smell fades fairly quickly.

Q: How to add bands to door anchor?

Q: How do I put the resistance tubes with the handles?? There are no instructions on how you put them together

Each resistance band has a carabiner on each end. The carabiners open like you'd open a safety pin, pressing on one side to open it. Take the ring on the handle and hook it onto the open carabiner. Carabiner should close up on its own. There you have it.
