Amharic Verb Conjugation

Great content. I’ve looked through numerous textbooks and none of them have had such a comprehensive collection of Amharic verbs and conjugations.Like another review said, having direct object examples would be a great addition for future editions.

Great. I need a 2nd level that helps me with a verb that includes the object. For example, "he gave it to her." I don't know how to make verbs like that

I think this book will improve your understanding of Amharic! It has a good discussion of the different tenses, and good selection of common (and some not so common) verbs with examples of conjugation and usage. Like the book itself says, I agree this book isn't for pure beginners, but more aimed at the learner who is just past that stage and wanting to learn how to conjugate and use verbs better.

After I received the book, I was reading and teaching it at the same time to my kids. It is a great book. Thank you for presenting to the public.

Amharic can be a struggle due to the lack of resources accessible to English speakers. Therefore, this book is the best I've seen. It lays out the conjugation of over 200 verbs.

There are some typos in this book but it is helping me understand conjugations that natives seem to cant explain to me when they are helping me learn.

This helps a lot with understanding the way verbs are used in Amharic. I am finding it very useful.

Excellent coverage of the most important verbs.
