Easy to swallow!
These vitamins are good. I honestly did not always have food before I took them and I had no issues. They are easy to swallow. I feel they are helping me have more energy and just feel good in general. I have bought them several times now and will continue to do so as I am very pleased.

So far l have been using this product for about 45 days, I'm onto my 2nd bottle. I do see improvement in my nail growth hoping as time passes I will see more developments, to date have not seen tremendous hair growth.
