Gurkees Rope Sandals are hand-crafted with soft polypropylene rope, salt-water-resistant, chlorine-resistant, machine-washable, and flexible, with an adjustable back strap. Go almost anywhere in these groovin' sandals! Classy enough to wear with any attire. They're VERY groovy, baby.. Order yours based on your normal shoe size. A size 8 is [7-1/2 to 8], a 9 is [8-1/2 to 9], etc. For instance, if you wear an 8 1/2, you would order a size 9 [covers 8-1/2 to 9]. Also, since there is one size difference from Womens to Mens, if she wears size 11, a Mens size 10 is the same thing. Say for instance you want the Neptune style in Mens Red or Purple, you would order a size up in Womens. Example: A Womens size 10 is the same as a Mens size 9; a Mens size 8 is the same as a Womens size 9, etc. Please note that we sometimes will send a substitution like this if we happen to be out of stock of a particular gender size. Gurkees Rope Sandals are perfect to wear shopping.. sailing.. strolling on the beach.. DOING it! It's like going barefoot - but better!

I've had mine for over 25 years!
I bought these as a gift for my husband. So, we'll have to see if he loves his as much as I love mine. I've literally owned my Gurkee's for over 25 years! I absolutely LOVE them! I wear them all summer long. They are so comfortable and are like wearing no shoes at all. I personally hate anything between my toes, so these sandals are perfect for me. Sometimes I just toss them into the washing machine with jeans and then let them air dry. I'm not sure if your suppose to wash them in the machine, but mine have lasted this long. I will definitely buy them again!

Why so slick?!
Very slick soles... like watch the F#@K out lol. I busted mine trying them on the first time. Great for the beach or killing yourself in a ridiculous fashion. They do look sharp though;)

Order size 12 the fit nicely. Snug but comfortable. The bottoms are made of the same role material so be carful on linoleum, tile or any slippery hard surface

Great Find for Big Feet
Yay! Finally shoes for people with big feet! I'm size 14 and their largest size available fit perfect. Very light easy to walk in. If the straps bother you a little just adjust them on your feet. Great Buy!

I actually wear a size 12 shoe and was apprehensive about ordering a 14, but when it arrived (on schedule), they fit perfectly. Very satisfied!
