good
it's a little bit small, but fit my ear though, it's soft and comfortable to wear, can reduce 80% noise, and the price is reasonable, I like it!

Fit perfectly
My wife likes this brand and size. They stay in her ear. All Mack brands are good. I used the large size and they block out noise and comfortable to me.

Works great but very small
Bought these for my girlfriend, since I tend to make a bit of noise while I'm sleeping. They were small enough to fit in her ears no problem, but small does come with its own problems; they got stuck in her ears once and required needle-nose pliers to remove. As a result, we switched to a larger earplug which doesn't fit as well but won't get stuck as bad either.

Great if you have small ear canals
Don't buy the purple earplugs; these work much better if you have small ear canals. I bought both and can't use the purple ones. These go in and stay in.

Not a great fit
I thought these were going to be the earplugs I liked best due to their size. However, I was never able to get them to do much in the way of cancelling noise. Perhaps my ear canals aren’t as small as I thought. I tried two others (ultra soft and thermasoft) and I felt I couldn’t get any of them in my ears like the pictures described and all three stuck out further than my ear, so it was a bit uncomfortable. I tried each a few nights in a row in only the one ear facing up with the pillow buffering the rest of the noises (snoring husband and occasional airplanes) since I was nervous about damaging my eardrums (warning on package). I chose not to use any after trying them out, because I thought my ears seemed a little clogged (felt like they needed to pop like on a plane ride) the next morning. In order of what I thought worked best (all Mack’s): 1. Thermasoft (though they weren’t the softest, they seemed to work the best) Muffled sounds, but could still hear some snoring. Didn’t hear the birds outside at 4:00 am in the morning. 2. Ultrasoft (were soft, but didn’t work as well as above - heard more snoring) 3. Dream Girl (didn’t do much at all for me) I’d like to learn more about how to fit them properly and how to avoid any damage before I’d try again.

doesn't reduce noise much
Plugs didn't block out much noise for me. They are small enough that if you try to really stuff them in your ear it can be a little difficult to get them out. Even then, they didn't reduce the noise level much.
