Pretty phone, matches my decor. Easy to install and simple to use, loud in call volume. Only downfall is the actual ‘ringing’ of the phone when someone calls is not very loud and easy to miss. If you have a busy household that’s loud I wouldn’t recommend this product that’s why I give it 4 stars out of 5.

I bought this for my daughter to use for pretend play. It's very cute (red!) and will be perfect for that purpose. It won't be plugged in and used, so I can't speak to call quality or anything. It came in a very thin cardboard box, inside a poly mailer bag, and the thin cardboard was busted. Hard to say if I received a returned open item or if it happened en route to my house, but the phone itself wasn't harmed. Just FYI in case you are looking at using this as an actual phone - maybe look for user reviews on other listings with pictures of how the phone is packed. Good luck!
