Good daily supplement for me
I’m so glad the capsules are pretty much odor/flavor less, I have a huge problem swallowing stinky pills! No stomach upset after taking the zinc, yay!! Looking forward to the full zinc benefits after constant use.

Rotating Types of Zinc and Copper Supplements
There are numerous sites which are personally reliable to me regarding the importance of zinc supplementation as well as partnering zinc with copper to maintain healthy ratios. AOR (zinc citrate, succinate, fumarate) is my newest addition to the rotation of zinc/copper, and I only take one a day, regardless of the brand. Each of the brands I have shown in the attached photo have a 7 to 1/2 mg ratio, which is 15 mg of zinc and 2 mg copper. The other 2 bottles use the zinc orotate and zinc gluconate forms of zinc. Zinc is a component of 3,000 proteins in the body and over 300 enzymes, citing Dr. Joseph Mercola, MD, from mercola.com. Meaning, you're up the creek health-wise if you're deficient. So, don't be deficient! Yes, you can get it from beef and chocolate (oooh!) and oysters. I'm not so reliable to get my daily dose though food. After I finish the bottle, I'll update the review, if needed. I really have not had any adverse reactions to zinc and copper supplements, and have taken zinc-copper in combination for years. This supplement is manufactured in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. It does not contain magnesium stearate; instead it contains sodium stearyl fumarate.

Starting to feel mentally on point
I've been taking this product a couple of days now and so far so good. I knew I was missing zinc because, I drink from a copper vessel. So I should be balancing real soon..Starting to feel on point now.

Good product
Seems effective. It's hard to tell with vitamins. I would like to know more about why it is combined with copper. The instructions say not to take too much. Excellent brand I have been using for years.

Trace minerals are subtle
I started taking this because I read somewhere that graying hair could be a sign of a copper deficiency. My gray definitely has not gone away, but it does not seem to be appearing as quickly. In all honestly, I can’t say this supplement is causative. As this is a trace mineral, it is difficult to say whether or not it is working as intended, however I will update this requested review again in about a month. It has not caused any I’ll side effects and we need trace minerals more than vitamins, and for that reason I plan to continue taking it.

Proper amount of Zinc/copper
Taking zinc alone will deplete the copper produced naturally in our bodies. Zinc should be taken along with copper on a balanced ratio. Taking zinc along will cause several issues such as nausea, stomach discomfort, diarrhea and more. I found this product to be the right ration amount. Because it is a mineral, it shouldn't be taken for a long period of time. Do your own research!

may have helped with plantar warts
I got this to boost my immune system in the hopes it would help to get rid of my plantar warts. I took one pill after each meal (so a bottle lasted about a month) and the pills were easy to swallow. Alone they didn't defeat the warts, but they may have helped after I switched from the acid treatment (which I could not tolerate) to a treatment made by a local compounding pharmacist that included Tagamet. The pharmacist's view is that his remedy works because it wakes up the immune system, and I hope that the pills helped. At any rate, after 6 weeks of that treatment the podiatrist declared me to be wart free.
