A friend suggested I try this. I take one to three of them depending on what I eat. They help me to digest my food. Sometimes it makes me gassy, but not very often. I always get the 250 count bottle. I lasts me around 4 to 5 months. It is for sure worth trying. Maybe go with smaller bottle size to see if it works for you before getting the biggest one. Would be nice if you could buy it in a store. Where I live no store sells it.

I only started it a few days ago, but I feel it seems to be helping! Have noticed a lot less discomfort after eating, for the first time! Hopeful to see how good I feel after consistently taking this.
