Glucosamine Chondroitin, MSM & Turmeric Dietary Supplement - 248 Capsules

I am on my second bottle now of the Vita Breeze product, having previously used a competitor's product, which was only composed of Chondroitin, MSM and Glucosamine. The purported strength of the previous concoction was the same as VitaBreeze, but required 6 big 'ol capsules daily to get the advertised recommended dosage. The capsules were larger than what I now get from VitaBreeze, plus I now only have to take 4 medium size capsules a day of Vita Breeze to get the full benefit dosage, so...bigger isn't always better..at least where pills are concerned anyway! I moved to the VitaBreeze product because well, firstly, I couldn't find the previous product anymore and secondly, and more importantly, the VitaBreeze product additionally contains Turmeric, which is something I truly believe in, to address inflammation and which I was taking as a adjunct to the previous product. Handling powdered Turmeric is a real nightmare as it stains everything it touches and is hard to incorporate in any drink or food without collateral staining damage. With VitaBreeze, it's all contained nicely in a medium sized capsule, easy to swallow with no unpleasant taste yet a pleasing hint of Turmeric as it is swallowed, so you get a reassurance that the Turmeric is in there and about to be unleashed and about to do it's thing! Chondoitin and MSM and Glucosamine were recommended as a potential help for some chronic shoulder Arthritis which was discovered after shoulder surgery to clean up the joint, after snapping my Upper Bicep Tendon while out surfing with my Grandchildren! My surgery was back in January of 2016, and I am happy to say I am back playing my best tennis ever, despite the loss of the bicep tendon. I swear by the VitaBreeze product and though I have no scientific evidence, I truly believe the full eradication of pain in the joint is attributable to the Glucosamine, Chondoitin and MSM concoction and even more so with the addition of the Turmeric! My surgeon could offer no medical non-opioid prescription long term, to alleviate the intolerable pain I was having due to the Arthritis in the joint and simply said, "Try Glucosamine, Chondroitin and MSM", you have nothing to lose! Short of that, I was told, it's Arthritis, it happens, manage it! I couldn't sleep longer than a couple of hours a night, before having to get up, re-position my shoulder, wait for the pain to ebb before trying to get another couple of hours of disjointed sleep. Frankly, I knew I had run out of medical options, once he suggested a total shoulder replacement as the last resort. I am very active, surfing, tennis, cycling, motorcycling, swimming.....so there was no way I was going to take that option without exhausting every other conceivable option, including accepting he pain and horrible sleep pattern! Well I must say, that recommendation to try Glucosamine, Chondroitin, MSM, with the addition of the Turmeric, was some of the best advice I have ever received and my shoulder is now absolutely, positively pain free and fully functional, even without having the Upper Bicep Tendon re-attached (too much rehab time) since I play tennis everyday and at 68, a year of rehab was not going to happen because at my age I'm making every day count! Nighttime pain has been completely eradicated and my tennis serve is back to pre-surgery form. So, that's my story, and I'm sticking to it! I take the VitaBreeze product religiously and think of it, when I do as....."Popeye's spinach"! Hopefully it will work for you as well!

I used to take Move Free, which was quite costly, but with same ingredients that this product has. I have been using this product for several years now and even cut the dosage to 1/2, and it still does a great job for me. I'm 83 and still working, enjoy every day pain free, love life and love the Lord Jesus Christ and I believe He is the reason for my JOY! There is a scripture that says, "the joy of the Lord is my strength", and I'm living proof.

Works great and arrives in one day, which is not the norm with Amazon Prime these days.

I believe I've noticed some improvement in my knee after using this stuff for a few weeks. I'll keep on it and see for sure with more time.

Im 68 years old started work out program involving resistance cycling about 6 months ago. Obviously Great for my health did not want to stop but soreness and stiffness made me consider it. So I started taking this product along with powdered collagen peptides Daily stiffness and soreness removed by 80 percent highly recommend for these conditions.

A very good product in capsules (prefer pills) and good price too!

It could be just me but 4 pills is alot to take and the Turmeric leaves an after taste. Another pill for the garbage.
