Great for anyone suffering from a physical ailment, and serious about getting better!
This book is written as a text book for therapists in training, but it is superb for anyone suffering from a bad back, shoulder, neck, etc. I am a longtime back sufferer (with two surgeries) and this book explains what is happening with my back and how to treat it through exercises and posture corrections. I have a great many back books, most of which just tell you what the authors think and don't provide in depth information. This is absolutely the best book of the lot. A great feature is that it is evidence -based and provides the references. I am recovering from back surgery and am just reading the section on the spine now, but if ever I have another ailment I know I will be happy I have this book too!! I recommend this for anyone serious about improving their physical conditions and addressing their ailments intelligently! There are so many different ways to approach healing the back (flexion exercises, extension exercises, etc.)--this book show you how to think about which ways will help you best. I am being treated by a therapist now--but this book provides fascinating insights into what the therapist is doing (and he is stellar).

Wonderful book
I love this product. I needed it for class but the hard cover was way too expensive. Keep in mind I still had to buy 5 more expensive books for my other classes. Definitely recommend because it has alot of information. I use it alot especially for Ortho and kinesiology for gait. Also, I recommend the Ther Ex Notes book as well.
