The Twin Labs Stress B-Complex is the best B-supplement I've found (and I've tried a few). And on Amazon, the price is good. The potency is excellent - another reviewer posted the amounts in this supplement, which is very helpful for comparing. My husband and I both take this and notice a general feeling of well being (B-complexes are great for balancing hormones/mood) and sustained energy throughout our day. We don't need caffeine in the morning! Also, my nails and skin are much improved. I had symptoms of a deficiency (peeling lips, cracked skin on thumbs and fingers) and within a week of taking this supplement I saw a drastic change. I also appreciate the nice boost of Vit. C for energy and immune support.

B-12 and B-Complex supplements are widely used and well known to promote a positive mood and help prevent or reduce stress. This is one of many brands available for purchase and in my opinion it's got the best quality and price available. The glass amber medicinal jar is an excellent touch that is always preferred to purchase and store your medicines in though not 100% necessary. These pills are very large, I believe they're size "000"-- I've never had a problem downing a handful of vitamins and supplements at once and with little liquid, though this is quite uncommon. If you have ever had trouble with very large pills or capsules, you may want to rethink buying this particular brand and item and search for some smaller pills/capsules to achieve the same result. Pretty much all the popular brands of supplements containing the same formula more or less is just as good of quality but I still prefer this one despite the large pill size which, again, personally doesn't bother me one bit. I take this daily along with a few other vitamins and supplements and have no intention of stopping my daily use. I wouldn't say it's a life-changer or extremely noticeable but it definitely does help and provide an effect you can see and feel with prolonged use though it can be subtle for some.

I've been having numerous health issues over the past several years. Extreme exhaustion and hair loss being just a couple of the problems I've been experiencing. One doctor suggested it might be a B vitamin deficiency, but then he found nothing on my blood work to indicate that was the problem. I had tried using a multi-vitamin and saw no results. I just could not get an answer and I gave up on trying to get a doctor's help. Over the last two years, my stress level have gone through the roof, my health was declining rapidly and my hair began falling out at an alarming rate. Finally, I could not take it anymore. I had to try SOMETHING and I remembered that doctor that had suggested the B vitamin deficiency and I thought, even though the blood work hadn't shown anything, that maybe that really still was the problem.So, I took a leap of faith and decided to try these! I received them about a week ago and started taking them immediately. Within 3 days, I noticed a DRASTIC reduction in the amount of hair I lose in the mornings. By the end of the week, not only is the morning hair loss reduced, my hair isn't falling out during the day either!! Additionally, I've noticed that I feel less stressed out and my other health problems seem to be improving, as well. While I can't definitively say that these pills are causing ALL of these improvements, I am inclined to believe that may be the case. I am so happy with this purchase!

This brand of Vitamin B complex is the best I have used. Recommend it and used by other family members.

I am going through perimenopause and one of the symptoms is joint stiffness and pain. If I don't take these then I feel like I'm a hundred years old when I wake up in the morning. When I do take them, then I'm normal again. I know that I don't get enough of the B vitamins in my diet so taking these really help me feel better and they also give you a good dose of vitamin C too. The bottle says to take 2 capsules a day, but I'm good with just one. These are easier to swallow than most B complex pills. The old style ones just about make me choke, but I can tolerate these. You will notice that these pills will make your urine bright yellow because your body isn't able to absorb all of the vitamins.so if you decided to take two a day it's better to space out the dosages rather than taking them at the same time, otherwise your body will expel the extra potency that it can't absorb into your urine.
