I’ve owned these for 4 years. I used one for shampoo and conditioner for the other, I LOVE these. The pump mechanism is flawless, the volume it holds is surprising and the look fantastic. One of the dispensers began to leak and actually left a little rust on my marble sill. I’ve just ordered another and am pleased.

This lovely, sleek soap pump is exactly what we wanted. Matches our kitchen decor, but most importantly it works so well. Replaces our previous one which never worked as it should have. Appreciate this well designed product!

Probably the worse product I've ever purchased on Amazon. In less than a month of use it developed a tiny pin hole at the bottom causing the soap to spill (along with rust residues). Thankfully it was on a small tray, otherwise it would have caused a major stain on the countertop. I considered returned at that time, but I though perhaps the hole was there from factory and I could just patch it. Big mistake, 15 days later and I found a big mess on the tray, soap and rust everywhere. There is now a second tiny hole, but what's worse is that the original little hole is now a large hole. It seems the metal keep disintegrating, as you can see in the picture, It looks clean the because I washed it to removed all the gunk and rust so the holes become visible in the picture. DO NOT BUY!

Looks nice - just not the shade of brass that I want. I need a darker more champagne bronze brass. This is more of a yellow brass. Giving this 5 stars for the customer service as they reached out to offer a full refund right away, which is outstanding service and shows they care about keeping long term customers. This really is a nice pump - just not want I needed.

Attractive, but better used as a hand soap dispenser than as a body wash dispenser in the shower. Pump is a little anemic for that.

This matches really well with the bathroom fixtures and decor—love the contemporary look. I had one minor problem in which I accidentally dropped the dispenser on the floor while wiping it off. It started leaking from the bottom, so I was not sure if the leakage occurred from dropping it or what, but I bought another one to replace it because I liked the color, straight lines on the design plus it was past the timeframe to send back for a replacement. There is nothing wrong with the second one I bought.

Great bottle works for high end restaurants. We are very busy and this soap dispenser is strong and reliable.
