This swing was absolutely perfect, the wood was solid, the rope was very put together well. We purchased it for a photo shoot and it held the weight and was even swung out on a machine and it was perfect for any size adult.

Update: Customer service is GREAT with this company. They contacted me about the swing and replaced it! Looks so much better. (2nd pic) The swing and rope are sturdy and wide adult size. My complaint is that the seat had a place that was filled with wood putty and covered with varnish that didn't hold up well and is now a rough spot after just 2 months. I expected better for this price. This piece of wood should not have been used. Or at the very least the filled spot should have been turned for the bottom NOT the top.

This works as promised. It was not hard to set up, looks great, and is fun to swing on. I am, however, worried about the straps digging into my tree (which is a mesquite, with flaky bark). I put some yoga mat material under the straps so it doesn't chafe the tree, and I may switch to using old hoses. If you hang this from a thick, smooth branch you should be fine.

Really impressed! The quality appears to be much better than what you’d expect for the price! It came with all of the parts you’d need, which is unusual. I’m so glad I didn’t go to the hassle of trying to make a swing.

We actually bought these for adults next to a bar area! The wood seat is totally smooth and sanded with a lacquer over top so I have no worries about them splintering or anything like that

Very nice swing, but after a year of use, the rope broke.
