This worked exactly how it was advertised and was exactly what I needed. Only $20, decent battery life, easy to charge because it has a simple USB-C cord (and the camera I use it for also uses USB-C so that’s great) and also improves how far the camera can see by at least 95% from what I can tell. Amazing.

These are great! I have many of them. They are durable, and the battery lasts a decent time. The IR is bright and you can adjust it. This is nice if you’re in a smaller room and don’t need as much light. This has the ability to hook up to an external battery for a longer run time as well. It’s light weight and compact so it fits well with any set up.

Works good with my indoor security cameras. It lights up the whole room where the built in IR light in the camera was not lighting up. The IR LED's have a visible red glow when turned on and are visible from across the room. The red glow causes that part of the room to glow a tiny bit red, mainly the walls, if placed in a corner facing up toward the ceiling. On full or hi power, it really illuminates the room like daylight. Even on the lowest power (least amount of red glow), it still illuminates the room nicely. It really helps illuminates the outside parts of the camera frame where it was previously dark. Only gave 4 stars because 2 of the IR LED'S were dead straight out of the box. Kinda bummed about that. Too much hassle to return and wait for the return to go through and then order another one hoping it's a good unit. Really wish it had no red glow also.

Provides decent amount of light for NIR camera in an indoor room. Comes with handy little USB cord for power. Plug and play, simple dial for amount of light. Thumbs up.

We picked up the new Sony PSVR 2 head set for the PS5, you quickly realize it needs a lot of light for the cameras in the headset to work with your surroundings. This makes the room far too bright for others watching not to mention the electricity bill going trough the roof. The PSVR 2 headset is IR capable, bought this and the headset works in complete darkness, so if alone you can play at night with no lights and the TV off. If you have someone watching the gameplay at least they can watch in dim lights and not like you're a stadium. This is a must if you have the PSVR 2. Rechargeable and can lasts for hours, you can dim the IR light to find the balance for enough light to play and low enough to save on battery.

Not worth the money. Two of the lights don’t work and not bright at all

This adds extra night time brightness to my IR Camcorder. I love it UPDATE: I want to be more specific on details. On my prior review, yes it worked great with my cheap basic IR camera, however I have a Canon AX10 pro camcorder with BUILT-IN IR and I got to use the 2 combined during my group campout in October of 2024. As I'm a Wildlife and Yes a Bigfoot Researcher as I spend a great deal of time outdoors. I'm an independent film producer of Documentaries and soon to be filming a series on my YouTube Channel BIGFOOT ZONE ECBRO. But allow me to share that this IR ATTACHMENT A long with the Canon camcorder, again which is already an IR compatible device works tremendously and is very impressive. I will be be buying more to add for For a stronger illumination and or back up. With the Canon AX10 pro camcorder I have, just using its own IR it puts a a clear strong 15 to 20ft illumination but in the photo I added using the IR ATTACHMENT it puts out over 40ft plus illumination with great clarity, So imagine adding on to what's already there. So as long as you have an IR compatible device (camera) yes this MINI IR ATTACHMENT IS A MUST. GREAT PRICE AND QUALITY. The charge does well on for illumination and lasted a few hours in 35°/40° temps

I own one of these lights. While it does power up, and provide a good short-mid range flood of light for night vision cameras, one major problem I run into it is that the battery life is rather short for multi-hour sessions. Dimming the light makes the battery last longer, but you'll sacrifice long range lighting for that. It's a delicate balance that needs some improvement. But at the same time, this is one of the only photography/film IR floodlights of its type out there. It's not a bad product, but that battery life needs some work.
