Very effective
Though an expensive one, but delivers what it commits. It surely increases immunity as it saved me many a times from viral fever/cold and from having multiple medicines. Thanks once again and please continue maintaining your quality.

False Information and much lower concentration
They have given all false information on the amazon page. Despite being so expensive, it has only 65mg Vitamin C which is not even at par with the required daily value. You can get cheaper Vitamin C with much much higher concentration. I didn't expect these cheap tactics from Swisse. Honestly, this posting should be flagged for misinformation.

It's a great supplement, I generally do not like the taste of Amla and ginger so this tabet is a really good alternative for me as I have low immunity and catch seasonal flus quite often
