Are these gluten free?

The package doesn't say this chocolate bar is glutin-free. I looked. That may be because it says it is made on equipment that also processes milk, wheat, tree nuts, and in a facility that handles peanuts, eggs, & sesame. Here are the ingredients listed: Cocoa Beans, Cane Sugar, Cocoa Butter, and Orange Essential Oil.

It says good for vegans but it contains eggs I confused

I do not see eggs on ingredient list. But after ingredients, it does say that it is processed in facility that also processes eggs. I will eat.
