I ordered a black model to gift a friend and an OLED White model for myself since I heard there were compatibility issues with the OLED Switch. I received both but the OLED White version had a black unit inside. I checked the box to see if I had the right one and saw that they just slapped a new barcode over an old product. Didn't even bother to remove the old barcode. Not sure if intentional or mistake by the seller.

Does the job well and really portable

The quality of the dock is good. The type C conector has some room for adjusting to the switch when conected. The conectors hub can be detached from the dock and used with type C devices. It fits inside the Maxcarry Case from Skull & co. Good overall.

OK, let’s get the first thing out of the box. This is not compatible with the new Nintendo switch.2, this was specifically designed for the original model models, No, this is a very small and very portable dock, very nice, the set up is relatively simple. All you have to do is plug in an official Nintendo switch charging brick.(the ones that are officially released or you could use a. GENKI cover dock.1,2, mini, maybe even the 3, but that kind of defeats the purpose of getting those things) no it should be noted that this thing will charge as well as anything because it is using the official power source. You can also use the HDMI connector and have it output to your TV and or computer device, it will get scratched easily if you don’t put it in a protective case, but in terms of durable quality when it comes to being in use, it is perfect…. Another thing to note is that the included extra cable it comes with you could argue can be used in lieu of, the DOCK shell itself, or you can use it to extend the reach for when you want to plug in the power cord, It has great ventilation. This is a minimalist alternative to using the official dock because in case the potential to use it on the TV phase, you can still use it as a sort of kickstand. You are getting a lot of potential out of this device for half the price of an official Nintendo switch dock, however, I feel this is important to mention while it does work in charging all Nintendo switch consoles, it will not enable you to put a Switch Lite onto the TV! If the internal components of that console don’t support it, it will not work!
