This is a great vitamin for men over 60. It was at a great value.

Started with 250mg (one pill) a day, until symptoms returned overnight disturbing my sleep. Upped it to 500mg which did the trick, no muscle tremor or twitch for over 18 months. Usually don't go in for the remedies I find on Youtube but it popped up after searching the symptoms, seemed relatively inexpensive and harmless, and it turns out it worked for me in this case. For me symptoms went away after 3-4 days.
