So helpful!
I've been using a CPAP since 2018 and have always hated the noisy tubing that feels cold and hard sometimes during the night. I added this tubing sleeve and it has made a tremendous difference. It was easy to attached to the tubing. The fabric is soft and eliminates all the noise of the tubing when it moves. It is also nice and warm to the touch - especially in the winter when the room gets cold.

Haven't Had a Rainout Since
I've been using a CPAP for 10 years and have always set my settings low because I kept getting rainouts. A few weeks ago, I went on a retreat with several people who also used CPAP's and two of them had a tube sleeve. They explained what it was for, I never knew these existed.Since receiving this sleeve, I've been able to run my humidifier on max humidity and tube at its highest setting and haven't had one rainout since using this game changing item. Its easy to slide on and off. The only thing I've had to get used to is that it doesn't slide on my sheets when I move a little. My tube used to slide, but this fabric on the sheets/comforter keep it in place, which took me a few days to acclimate. Now I know how to position my tube each night to allow for some movement without moving my mask off my nose.I get a "slightly" better refreshing sleep, but my nose and mouth are less dry in the mornings now.

Soft, cost effective, slightly annoying to use with a heated tube at least
So look, this thing costs $10. In the world of CPAP stuff, that's reasonable. The problems this is intended to solve are: 1) insulate the tube a bit to reduce condensation and 2) provide some comfort and noise reduction to the hose overall. I honestly cannot really speak to 1 as I have the climate controlled hose for my device, so don't need to insulate it. However, for problem 2 I think this is great. It's a very soft microfiber style cover that is comfortable to touch at night if required, and as I drape my hose over my headboard it eliminates any hose noise. The major drawbacks are that the intended method of keeping the cover in place on the hose is a simple velcro cinch. You can't really apply enough pressure to clamp it forever, so the natural moving of the hose around can make it move up a few inches from the end of the hose. This isn't a huge issue, but with the wire ribs of the climate controlled hose it can bunch up a bit when trying to slide it around.Installation, at least on the climate hose, was a bit tedious. It helps to have a second person hold the hose very straight so you can just slide it down without causing any bunching. If you try to do it yourself you are in for a bit of frustration.Overall, I'd consider this one of the few necessary CPAP accessories, just for hose comfort and noise reduction.

Keep cats from biting my hose
For whatever reason my cats love to chew on my CPAP hoses. My fur babies have ruined 5 hoses in the last month. This product is a life saver! Although it is kind of a pain to put on because you have to slowly in by inch maneuver the hose through the fleece material which catches on the rubber ends of the hose. However, the struggle getting it on is well worth it! Despise the struggle I like that it only has Velcro on the ends and not throughout the whole length. It’s easy to clean by just popping it in the washing machine. My only complaint is that it is about 2 inches shorter than I would like. I might order the next size up as a backup for when I throw the current one in the wash. I still have to detach my mask each morning a put it in a drawer so that my cats cannot destroy that as well. But at least I do not have to worry about the hose staying out any longer! A definite must have if you have pets!

Hose Blanky
Great price for an awesome hose cover.I have a 6' heated hose and this fits perfectly. Not sure what all the fuss is about putting it on.Yes it takes a few minutes to snake it through, but will never have to worry about the weight and future issues of a zipper. Does a perfect job of zeroing out the noise of my hose through its holder.Sure, the velcro on the ends may wear out with time, but guess what?, i have daughter's with millions of hair ties laying around. This purchase was a no-brainer.It deserves 5 stars all day, especially for the price.

Good Concept
I like the intentions this tubing cover had to offer. Keep the cat off and I can finally have some humidity in my cpap to without rainout concerns (the fabric actually feels nice too), but unlike the video demo, it was a pain to shimmy all the way through because it kept snagging on the rubber end pieces; rubber and fleece texture don't mesh well and since there wasn't a whole lot of extra squeeze room to keep the shimmy going quickly and smoothly I kept having to stop every few inches to straighten it out and push (plastic baggie on the end piece trick was eventually implemented out of frustration, but that's not my point). When I finally Did get the bugger on and in use, the cat no longer seemed interested in biting the cpap tubing, however it doesn't prevent rain out, it just covers it up because after a peeling back the cover to see the difference after two weeks of use, rainout still hangs around- and I don't even have humidity at halfway to its highest setting either. Overall, if rainout is the issue, one may want to skip this, however, this might be up your alley if you're looking for a soft textured cover that's it's good for stopping cats from biting the tube.
