You will regret it forever.I could not enjoy the nicotine melts because Im long time acidity patient and maintain my condition with diet and lots of water. Nicotine meltz has instant effect and I started spitting acid (white mucus like substanse) within seconds. My recommendation is go with lozenges since they will deliver slowly and you can park it in between yourgums. If at all you have chosen to buy this product, cut the melts into small pieces then place between your gums. Don't put on the roof of your mouth like some other reviewer suggested if you have acidity. Ill be cutting it into pieces and then use.My ratings so far for nicotine products -Rubicon 1st mint flavor then cherry ( i do not like cinnamon)Slow and smooth delivery, feel nicotine effect in 15- 20 minutes, no acidity effects, mild effect on blood pressure . reduce salt intake and tension when taking rubicon. I had ordered this in the month of Jan-22 the product was nearing expiriy. But i had taken it before the expiry date..After which the product was out of stock for a long time.Now it has come again i have ordered again as i have started smoking after three months of full control over smoking..This is better than the Bubble gum which is utter waste and other tablets. I would suggest others who wish to quit smoking..I saw good difference in my health i was very active my body wasn’t tired when i had quit smoking..As i ve started again i see my body conditions to detoriate so ive ordered again and shall stop smoking going further..thanks to Life sciences..Tried for this product locally but wasnt able to get..Thanks!!!

Many of the average to bad reviews stated that there were very few days left before expiry. But mine came with an expiry date I'm Feb 2024. And it works quicker than the gum and cheaper. Comes around 5 rs a strip.

It was a great experience quitting smoking. Although its portable enough compared to lozenges and gums, still suggestion to Inventz will be reduction of packet size to half of what it is now.While morning urge of smoke doesn't go away with just 1 strip, better to use 2 or 3 within 20 mins at morning for those who smoke more than 10 cig per day. First I started with strips while continued to smoke, because it takes away the essence of cig. Then reduced no. of cigs to 3 per day for few weeks, then later on stopped completely. I used to smoke 15 cig dailyWhile some people review bad about nicotine replacement therapies. Its not just 2mg nicotine which can stop smoking, But a choice and a conscious decision.

It’s decent but the sachet it comes in is inconvenient. Need to carry a pair of small scissors to access the strip.
