This is a really nice blend of frankincense, cypress and chamomile in coconut oil. The chamomile is earthy, not too sweet. The cypress is refreshing but it doesn't take your head off like other fresh oils do. The frankincense adds an ethereal note, a bit of fizz. The blend is well measured and the effect is uplifting, clearing and blows away the cobwebs nicely. The rollerball is a perfect format for this, so I can carry it everywhere. It's just so convenient. And price wise, it's great.

Soul nutrients roll on smells divine. It is a little oily and a little much at first, so be careful not to roll too much on, it really does smell so nice, its not overly sweet and is definitely able to do the trick and allow you to take a moment to stop, smell and breath. I really like its handy size as well, I can pop it into my bag and pull it out when I need it most.
