This stuff worked great on a grade 2 Decubitus ulcer, bed sore. We use a spray debridement solution then rinsed it off with a spritz of sterile saline, and then put this LMNOOP Wound Healing Ointment directly on the wound and then a dressing. We changed it every two days doing the Debridement, rinse, new ointment, new dressing. It's 50% better in 7 days on a 90 year old female. The nurses could not get it to heal for over 3 months then asked for my help. Now in just 7 days it's healing so fast. I'm a real guy just helping my Mother-in-law. I'm so happy with this ointment. For us it's helping so very much! I also got an Alternating pressure, Mattress topper for the bed so no new bedsores being produced and so she could heal this one properly. Don't give up. Give this product a chance. It worked for us!

Best wound healing product I've ever used. I get skin tears on arms and legs. I injured my leg with bottom of car door bady. Very deep wound. Should have gone to doctor but i treated it twice a day with ointment and healed without any complications. I would post a picture of wound but it is repulsive to most people. My doctor was shocked when he saw the before and after picture. I will never be without this product. It travels with me on any overnight trip.

Seems to be working on a hard to heal leg wound

First off this cream is made for ulcers dealing with one on my ankle however the cream caused severe burning on the wound and around the foot and up my leg Must test the cream on a small area first Will state after one week saw a small improvement and some itching but then off the chart burning The cream does have a smell but it’s a very sweet one does not stay very long spreads very smoothly and is clear For the value I would recommend it if you can tolerate side effects if any happen The cream is a cure not a fix for the ulcer so I would recommend you try it

I am a sucker for a miracle cure for a large open wound I've been hospitalized for -- I just want it to heal. So I was willing to pay the outrageous price. But, I applied it first to some skin so dry it bleeds, then covered with a cotton bandage overnight. The results, with all due respect to all the rave reviewers, assuming they are legitimate, indicated that this is nothing more wonderful than congealed sesame oil with some herbs tossed in. My issues: 1. It makes you smell like toasted sesame oil. 2. When I use it as directed on some skin overnight it does next to nothing to heal the skin. 3. When applied a second day, it again makes an oily film, stinks, and does not help heal the bleeding wounds. It only slightly ameliorated the rough skin, as indeed any vegetable oil would do. You'd be better off, if you believe in such natural remedies, to buy sesame oil and apply it yourself. I am glad I did not apply it to my large open wound -- I have no evidence from the packaging whether this is created in sterile conditions or in someone's kitchen, and I am terrified of reinfecting this wound. I am returning this product, and kudos to Amazon for taking it back.
