Pretty Good - Updated Use Info Here
Overview: It took me a while to get bread right with this machine. I made several hockey pucks. This is because the instructions are incomplete. Marketing wanted to show how easy it is and it is pretty easy but not that easy. It's probably costing them returns for a machine that works fine but the buyer doesn't know how to use it. The Missing Info: First, use water and/or milk that's about 120F. The instructions say 110F-ish but that's where all the combined liquids should be. In a separate mixing bowl, put some warm water in it to warm it up and dump it out. Mix your liquids (water, milk, eggs, yogurt, etc.) together with the salt and sugar. Use a whisk to fully mix them. Put some warm water in the bread pan to warm it up and pour it out. Then add the mixed liquids. Then proceed as normal, adding the flour(s) & wheat gluten, if needed. They should fully cover all the liquids. Make a small well in the flours and add the yeast. Immediately put it in the machine and start it. It's in the instructions but you may have missed it. Check the dough at about the 10 minute mark and see how it looks when it is spinning. It should be a smooth ball without gaps and nothing sticking to the side of the pan. If it's not balling up because it's dry, add water a TBS at a time. If it's so wet, it's not balling up, add flour a TBS at a time until it balls up. Update your changes in your recipe. Future Improvement: It would be nice if the top came off easily as I have had bread rise into it and it's a pain to clean on the machine.

Compact and stylish with easy to follow instructions!
I purchased this bread machine for Xmas25. Put it to use stat. It produces a great product in 3 hours with easy instructions and little ingredients. Nothing to watch or worry with. Easy release from the pan and so far each loaf has come out perfectly! Very happy with the results of this compact and pretty machine!

AWESOME bread maker! Has TONS of settings and is very versatile. Lost a start because it is non-stick.

Excellent quality
The easiest machine ever. Excellent quality. Comes with everything needed (measuring cup and spoons) to add the ingredients. Has numerous breads labeled on the top for easy access to set temp, and comes with a mit to remove. Makes 1.5 lb loaves and 2 lb loaves. See through top to keep track and the book tells you the step by step cycles it goes through. Simple as add all ingredients and turn on. Kneeds, mixes, rests, rises, and bakes all by itself. Beautiful design and well worth the month compared to other more expensive ones. Made my 1st loaf and it's perfect. Excellent 5 outta 5 and I never give that.

Great purchase, highly recommend!
Love the size of the bread maker, does not take a lot of counter space. Easy to use settings for making breads and pizza dough. We have found this easier to clean than other bread makers. The heating element is on the sides instead of the bottom like the previous bread maker we had. Bread maker weighs much less than our old one. We found this to be the best value for our money. I liked the color selection available. Bread maker makes quality breads, dough, and much more. Booklet comes with a few recipes and lists of ingredients needed. Overall great purchase for our needs.

Simple once you figure out the terms
This is a fantastic bread machine with far more settings than my old machine, and does a better job of preparing my dough. So far I baked a test loaf from the recipes in the book, made two loaves of cinnamon raisin bread, then dough for a rye loaf and a milk bread loaf. I'm noticing with my dough that's transferred to a Pullman pan for the oven, the loaves are coming out a lot more moist and softer. I could likely improve upon these loaves by rolling the dough flat and rolling them into a cylinder for the pan, but just pressing a log down into the pan is still working out fantastic. I also made two pizza crust doughs - this machine works the dough where it ends up with crispy edges and doesn't rise too thick during baking. I did attempt one bread machine cake recipe, but this machine didn't bake that one long enough. I did use the stand alone bake setting which finished it, but due to the gap in baking time, it sank in the middle. It was still a tasty, moist cake, if a bit dense. My husband had no complaints and ate the whole thing. Beware of some recipes - the authors of said recipes don't really tell you how long something should cook in their estimation, and it might turn out a bit undercooked. The chart in the manual for this machine is accurate for what to expect with each cycle. Keep that on hand, because I can tell you the one test bread came out of the manual and it turned out fantastic. We used slices from that loaf for several meals. I've already gotten fantastic use out of this new machine, and I love the look. It's fantastic and I look forward to many years of fresh breads to come.

I was skeptical, too!
But I just LOVE this thing! In my quest to get away from processed food as much as possible, I added bread to the list. The problem was I wanted fresh, homemade bread without all the work. This thing is every bit as easy as it says. I dump in the ingredients, push a couple of buttons, walk away and it does the rest. The manual isn't the best but it's easy enough to figure out. The included recipes aren't great but the internet has plenty to choose from. It's described as making a 1.5 lb loaf or a 2 lb loaf but, in most cases, I'd stick to the 1.5. You're going to run into issues with a 2 lb. By "issues" I mean it's going to actually Mount Vesuvius your machine enough to open the lid when it overflows. I love the styling and the color is beautiful. There are a ton of settings to choose from and seems to be very customizable. The best part is I know exactly what's in every loaf I make. C'mon, the price is reasonable enough to try it out, right? 😁 Edited to add: Does it make noise? Of course it does. Is it excessive? Not at all. It's certainly quieter and less annoying than my grumbling about having to make another loaf of bread by hand would be. I love the compact size. Space is at a premium in this kitchen so I was kind of worried about that. Turned out to be no problem at all! Update: 7 months later and still loving it. It's been so much fun trying new recipes and experimenting. I use it at least once a week and it's still working great. Absolutely no issues at all. 😊 Update: 1 year - I honestly still love it. I use the dough setting the most now and it's worth it just for that. Dump in the ingredients, do other things for a couple of hours and the dough is ready to shape and go in the oven or whatever we're doing with it. Homemade buns, English muffins, cinnamon rolls, pizza dough, the possibilities are endless with only 15 minutes or so of actual hands on time and consistent results every time. There seems to be some bread machine hate on the internet by "purists" but I think if something like this fits into people's busy schedules and allows them to make healthy, chemical-free breads (there's so many chemicals they have to add flavor to make it taste like bread 😟) for themselves and their families, that's a wonderful thing. It's the best, most impactful Amazon purchase I've ever made.
