I wear a size 10 and my feet are flat and wide. Has anybody with similar issue purchased?

I wear a 9.5 W or WW depending on shoe style. Reading that these run small, I tried these in 10W and 10.5W. I think the width of the shoe would have been ok but unfortunately there is a wide firm piece of elastic stitched above the tongue (making it possible for someone with a narrower foot to wear the shoe as a slip on). I could not get my feet past the elastic into either pair of shoes.

Do these shoes slip on or do they have regular laces?

Think regular laces on a loafer shoe. The top of the shoe where the laces come together is stitched into place yet also has loops for the laces. I leave the laces on mine tied in a double knot (to prevent untying) and just slip them on and off. If you like the more classic lace-up look with the convenience of a loafer, these are perfect!

Do these shoes feel good after being on feet for 12 hours especially with plantar fasciitis?

Not for me, I’ve had plantar fasciitis and it’s very painful to walk with it. If you have issues already and will be on your feet for hours, you’ll probably want a shoe with heavier cushioning.

Would these be a good shoe for overpronation?

I would say it’s a pretty neutral shoe. Not the greatest for overpronation.
