I loved how easy and effective this water flosser is. It leaves my teeth feeling professionally clean and fresh after every use. The cordless design makes it very convenient, especially for small bathrooms or travel. The pressure settings are strong but still gentle on gums, and I noticed my gums feel healthier after regular use.

So much better than the cheaper versions I’ve previously tried. The ability to rotate the head to hit any spot you need was the thing that wowed me the most. There are also several different attachments that you do not get with cheaper brands. The water tank is large, so it can hold a lot of water. It is well built and very sturdy. It does a great job at cleaning my teeth!

This Waterpik works great and cleans much better than regular floss. It’s cordless, waterproof, and very convenient for daily use or travel. The water pressure is strong but gentle on gums, and the battery lasts a long time. Definitely worth it.

My 15 year-old waterpik finally bit the dust so this was the replacement. I do like the cordless even though it holds a lot less water than the older tank style versions most times I find it holds plenty of water for as much as I need to do and if I need to go a second round it only takes seconds to refill the water. This has a plug-in charger that has a magnetic grip easy to recharge when needed although you shouldn’t have to recharge often. I like my first model this has three different speeds or levels of pressure. Usually medium works well although I have used the highest setting occasionally. My teeth are very close together and even using that flat floss I find that it’s difficult to get floss in between some of my teeth so I’ve always liked to use a water pic and because of limited counter space I started using the handheld version instead of the original style. This is very easy to travel with it is light weight when empty. Very easy to use and clean and the waterpik brand is one that I would definitely recommend. There are other brands that are a little more trendy at the moment but when you look at them the companies are only in business for a short while or make 1000 other products. Waterpik has been around as long as I can remember and are definitely high-quality.

I was very disappointed in this portable Waterpik. I have a 120 volt tooth brush / irrigation Waterpik and it's great. This cordless model doesn't come close in performance. Strike one - The water pressure, to me, is very low. I use my plug in version on level 8 of 10. That is good for me. It took me a few weeks to get to that level but I've been there now for months. Strike two - I've learned that one should irrigate for 2 minutes. Unfortunately, this portable model only lasts about 30 seconds before it needs a refill. That's 4 times I have to pause and fill it. And, it's not convenient to fill, it takes awhile. Longer than it should, in my opinion. You'll be up to roughly 4 minutes of water flossing. That's too much time. Strike 3 - you turn it on and off with a pressure sensitive button. It's very sensitive. Now, this thing comes with a travel bag so you can travel with it. Well, the bag is a cloth material. It's similiar in design to a Crown Royal whiskey bag (if you've ever seen one of those). You will definitely, undoubtedly, positively start this thng running while it's in your luggage. There is no protection from turning it on through the bag, and it takes very little, almost no pressure to turn it on. Strike 3 - batter out! I do not recommend this unit. I bought a cheaper (and better performing) unit as the unintended running of this thing is ridiculous. Did anybody test this thing? Who signed off on it for release? Find that person and fire them. This Waterpik isn't very good. Look elsewhere.

Bought this at the end of October to give to my wife for Christmas. She’s been using it for less than 2 months and it will no longer charge. Since I also own one that I bought a year ago, I even tried my charger (which still works on my unit). No luck. I contacted the online Product support on the Amazon product page, and they said it is will within their 2 year warranty period and will be replaced at no charge. Nice to see a company stand behind their product. I'd give it a higher review, but without having the replacement unit I have to dock points for the issue previously mentioned

I am a long-time Waterpik Waterflosser user. This is the third or fourth cordless unit I have purchased, and prior to that I had a plug-in unit. My most recent cordless Waterpik Waterflosser survived so long I don’t even remember when I purchased it. I am a huge fan of Waterflossers because they are incredible at removing plaque, and daily use effectively replaces daily flossing with conventional string floss. My dental hygienist is thrilled I use my Waterflosser daily. Prior to using one, my teeth were prone to cavities, especially in between teeth. I bought this very expensive waterpik in the UK and it no longer works, it apparently charges but it doesn't turn on, there is no circuit map to repair it. Very disappointed with the waterpik.
