High Quality and Fits Sawstop Jobsite saw
I needed a zero clearance saw blade insert for my Sawstop Jobsite saw and purchased this one. It fit perfectly, it came with all the leveling screws and is perfect. I purchased one from Infinity Cutting Tools and it fell way short of this one. It didn't come with the leveling screws and it was difficult to get a good fit and it was a lot more money. Buy this one.

Saw Stop Fine Quality.
Not sure what the unhappy reviewers got, but this is a Saw Stop packaged product with very thick plastic or whatever it is made of. No issues. Very happy.

The picture is very misleading.
I was misled by the picture associated with this item. I was looking for a completely solid replacement insert so that I could use an aftermarket splitter (MicroJig MJ Splitter) with my new table saw. SawStop part number TSI-SJB comes with a riving slot precut so I am not able to use this product for my intended purpose. That said, the TSI-SJB is a rugged, well machined piece of phenolic. This is a high quality product despite the image being dead wrong.
