Nice heavy metal , not flimsy. Would buy again

I use it in my period historic teaching. Heats even and cooks well. Fits perfectly in my period cooking bag.

This came as described. It is not a heavy duty pan but it is durable enough for cooking over an open fire. I like that I can hang it from a rack when not in use. I treated mine as I do my cast iron- cleaned as seasoned when it came in.

I really like this little skillet. The steel is thick so it’s not all that light weight but it heats nice and even. I grilled 2 prime beef tenderloin steaks on my last backpacking trip and they came out great. I put it directly on goals and the heat was perfect. I will be taking it with me in all my overnight trips. It makes cooking a great meal in the backcountry a real pleasure. Season it before you use it like you would a carbon steel wok. I wish it came with a bag but it simple enough to wrap in paper or cloth.

Caked with cosmoline, soaked with products for that purpose ,also used thinner. It would not come off and what did come off left stains They will take it back if you pay shipping lol, half the cost of the product .To the scrape it goes, lost money

Beautiful pan but unpolished and there were some molten drops on the pan that make it unusable because tge surface is not smooth. It now hands in my kitchen like a piece of art though. Pity as if wanted to cook with it.

Seems well made. Measurements are alittle off. Description reads 9.25 inches in diameter, measures only 7.25 inches.

Was well pleased with the thickness of this little skillet! It measures 6" in bottom 71/4" across top. Some dawn and some elbow grease and the protective coating was removed. After drying the seasoning process began. As you can see it went great. This skillet is tough enough for the camp fire or home use! Would purchase again.
