I have been buying this for years; great product. BUT, I would pair it with a Vitamin K2 source for bone health.

Best tasting, energy and effectiveness superior! Absorption as described. Haven't found a better one. The quality is beyond what you'd get anywhere else and it's liquid form makes the application a non-brainer especially for those who can't swallow pills. Wish all their products would come in liquid form. Wish they'd have better sales too.

Easy to use, clear instructions and markings, good taste and smell, not oily
