Gorgeous is an understatement
So, be sure you want this item. It comes in a massive box and would be impossible to repack to return to Amazon. The instructions are not useful at all for assembly. I followed the instructions and assembled it wrong. Follow the picture of what it's supposed to look like once assembled on Amazon. Also, I purchased the 39.9 inch chandelier. You need two people to assemble and install this puppy. One person is just their for supporting holding up the structure. Also, I recommend testing the connection before looking everything up. My husband and I intalled it. Total installation time was 4 hours + 2 hours to hang the crystal = 6 hours total. However, it completely adds and finishes the room. I had this chandelier in my cart for over 2 years and did not want to purchase because of the sticker price. It met all my "WOW" expectations. One day I will take it down and assemble correctly. For now... It's a new style.

Gorgeous. Takes patience to assemble and make it level.
Took a few hours to assemble. Sorta tricky to get the “spokey” piece that holds the bulbs level. Had to play with the tightness of the screws to make it level. otherwise no complaints.

Beautiful chandelier
This chandelier is absolutely gorgeous. I had to wipe it down very very thoroughly with really good glass cleaner. It did not come with instructions, but the video from the manufacturer was great. My husband is a handyman and it took him 2 1/2 hours to install. But the installation was easy. Make sure you do not cut the wires until you are absolutely done and almost have it hooked up.

Installation went smoothly and easily. Just be patient hanging the crystals. Looks great. I suggest wearing rubber or nitrile gloves to prevent fingerprints when hanging and assembling. Especially when handling the crystals. Love it.

Disappointed
Electrician unable to mount due alignment. Very beautiful but I could not mount the base to the ceiling

Stunning
I usually don’t post reviews but this chandelier is worth every penny. It is beautiful. I had it professionally installed and it has completely changed the look of my dining room.
